Camping in Sevierville

Are you pet friendly?
We love pets as much as anyone, but Smoky Hollow is set up on a farm with free ranging animals and an abundance of wildlife! Because of this, it’s safer to leave your four-legged friends at home during this adventure. Once you are here, we are sure you will agree.
Can I tour the property?
Yes. We love tours! If you are interested in camping in Sevierville, then you are more than welcome to tour the property. Prior to visiting, we recommend calling to make arrangements with the office to make sure someone is onsite. When you arrive, please park in the guest parking lot and come to the office.

What To Expect

Where do I park my car?
Our parking lot is located at the front of the property. This is a walk-in and walk-out resort with walking trails from the parking lot to your unit. With this in mind, please pack appropriate shoes. As part of your resort package, we provide golf carts to make it easier for folks to get around on the property
How far are the rentals from the parking lot?
From the parking lot, the distance to the tipis is 700 feet. Our wagons are 1,000 feet away from the parking lot. Also, foot paths are gravel. Guests may walk or take advantage of the golf cart we include with each rental.
What kind of wild life can I expect to see?
We often see deer, turkey, fox, coyotes, black bears and raccoons. Black bears are more common inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, although we occasionally see them in the foothills. We also have white turkeys and chickens on site and fainting goats that visit frequently. Those looking to go camping in Sevierville will love this unique experience.
Are the units climate controlled?
Yes. Each rental has A/C and heat to help keep our guests comfortable. Should need additional blankets, please let us know! Sometimes the nights here in the mountains can be brisk, even in the summer! Despite the fact that you are sleeping under canvas, we have taken every effort to provide for your comfort.

Yes. While many guests wish to unplug during their stay, complimentary wifi is included for all of our guests. We encourage guests to unplug. On the other hand, it is nice to have access when you want it.
